Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder 3/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup powdered coffee creamer, non-dairy 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened 1/3 cup instant coffee 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Press the coffee through a fine sieve; combine all ingredients in a small bowl until well-blended. Spoon into decorative jars; cover. Makes 3 1/2 cups.Directions: Place 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee mix in a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. | |
