Crab and Artichoke Spread Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 15oz can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped8 oz fresh crabmeat (or 1 can canned crabmeat) 1 cup mayonnaise 4 oz grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/2 cup chopped green onions (scallions) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (red) pepper Dash of hot pepper sauce (tobasco, etc.) salt, to taste paprika, to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Place mixture in casserole and sprinkle top with paprika. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree F. oven until mixture bubbles slightly and top begins to brown, about 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, melba rounds, or toast rounds.Enjoy! |
