HERBED BASIL CHEESE DIP Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 ounces) nonfat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon reduced-fat margarine, softened
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/8 teaspoon dillweed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Fresh vegetables to dip

Directions:
Combine cream cheese, milk, sour cream, basil, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, margarine, garlic powder, tarragon, celery seeds, dillweed and parsley.

Beat until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
