Easy Asian Salmon Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3/4 pound fillet of salmon1/2 cup each: soy sauce, hoisin sauce juice of 1 lemon sesame or peanut oil handful of peanuts 3 cups bean sprouts
Directions:
Marinate salmon in mixture of soy, hoisin and lemon juice for at least three hours. Heat oven to 300'. Spread out large doube layer of tin foil and grease with oil. Remove salmon from marinade (save for later use) and place salmon on foil, wrap it up and bake for 15 minutes. Open foil, top salmon with bean sprouts and peanuts, pour on reserved marinade and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with rice. |
