Garlic and Olive Swiss Chard Recipe

Ingredients:
1 = lbs Swiss chard
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin preferably
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dozen Kalamata olives, chopped

Directions:
Wash the chard, cut away the stems and chop the leaves. In large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil. Add garlic and red pepper flakes- saute for one minute. Add the chard, saute, turning frequently, the chard. Stir in lemon juice and olives, heat through.
Serves 6.
This is a great vegetable side with any kind of meat or fish. I've even served it with pasta.
