Sausage Zucchini Casserole Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage 1 large green pepper, diced 1 large onion, diced 4tbs butter or margarine 2 medium tomatoes, sliced 1 8oz package shredded mozzerella cheese 2 medium zucchini, sliced
Directions:
In medium skillet brown sausage and set aside. In large skillet, while sausage is cooking, melt half of butter.Saute onion and pepper until tender-crisp and remove from skillet. Melt remaining butter in large skillet and saute zucchini until tender-crisp. Layer on top of zucchini in this order: sausage pepper-onion mixture tomato shredded cheese Put lid on skillet to melt cheese. |
