Cream Puff Pastry with Vanilla Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
1 C water
1/2 C butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C Flour
1 tsp. sugar
4 eggs

Directions:
Heat water, butter, salt and sugar to boiling. Remove from heat adn stir flour in quickly until mixture leaves sides of pan. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Drop batter on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 55 mins. at 375 for large, 35 mins. for small.

Vanilla Cream Puff Filling

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c milk
2 c whipped cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat mix and milk. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Makes 12 large or 36 small
