Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Light Italian Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
Portobello mushrooms
Italian dressing
Marinara tomato sauce
Grated three-cheese blend
Olive oil
Garlic salt

Directions:
Soak (clean and dry) mushrooms caps in Italian dressing. Cook on preheated grill, cap side up, for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip mushrooms and pour marinara sauce in the caps. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little garlic salt.
