Ingredients:
Crust2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter Filling 1-1/2 lbs. cream cheese at room temperature 1 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 Tablespoons amaretto 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients, press into springform pan. Cream together filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is firm and toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.Topping: 2 cups sour cream 1/4 cup sugar Mix together and put on cake. Bake cake an additional 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Let cake sit on counter 4-5 hours to cool. Refrigerate overnight before removing from pan. | |
