Blender Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
3 Egg yolks
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1/4 lb Butter, melted

Directions:
Heat blender container with hot water. Bring butter almost to boiling in pyrex container in microwave. Put egg yolks in warm blender container and blend at low speed for a few seconds. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Then pour butter slowly into running blender - about 10 seconds pour time. Finish for a few seconds at high speed. Pour finished sauce into hot pyrex measure cup.
