Porkchop Casserole Recipe

  Pork

Ingredients:
Pork Chops or pork steaks,(country style ribs may also be used)
salt, pepper, onion powder,garlic powder, worcestershire sauce
1 can (16oz.) tomatoes, chunked
1 Can (16 oz.) green beans
1 can (16 oz.) small whole potatoes
8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced (or canned)
1 large onion sliced

Directions:
Season pork & lightly brown before putting in crockpot. Add sliced onions, mushrooms, & tomatoes. Cover & cook on low-medium heat until pork is tender. ( it depends on your crockpot or slow cooker) 30 minutes before serving, add green beans & potatoes (otherwise they will fall apart). Serve over rice or noodles.

Substitute cream of mushroom soup for tomatoes and omit green beans (or serve them on the side) for a change.
