Ingredients:
4-5 Red Delicious Apples (peeled and cored, sliced thin)5-6 medium White sweet onions sliced thin 3 Tbsp butter 5 Tbsp sugar 2 Betty Crocker Pie Shells 1 small wheel of Brie Cheese 1 loaf of French bread
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and apples in butter. Add sugar and carmalize. Place Brie in pie shell. Surround and top brie with onions and apples. Top with other pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sliced french bread. |
