RED WINE REDUCTION SAUCE Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped shallots
1 tablespoons chopped garlic
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper
4 cups red wine
4 cups demi-glace or low-sodium canned beef broth

Directions:
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally
