Hot Dog Oli Recipe

  Mexican Beef

Ingredients:
2 cans of chile con carne
1 package hot dogs
Corn or flour tortillas
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
For an easy casserole, pour one can of chile con carne in a baking dish, top with hot dogs (one package) rolled in
corn or flour tortillas, add another can of chili, sprinkle with shredded cheese and cover with foil. Bake at 425F for 30 minutes.
Makes 8-10 servings.
