Bierkase Recipe

  German Appetizer

Ingredients:
4 oz. Edam
4 oz. Blue cheese
4 0z. Parmesan,grated
1/4 cup sour cream
4 oz. butter
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Process ingredients until you like the consistency. Original recipe, quite old, calls for mincing, mixing, and stirring in.
Serves 6 to 8
Nice with Rye crackers or small rounds of bread of your choosing.
