Guacamole Recipe

  Mexican Dips

Ingredients:
3 avocados, peeled and mashed
1 red onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small hot pepper or habenero pepper, minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced

Directions:
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine mashed avocado, onion, bell peppers, habanero, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Makes 3 to 4 servings
