Meatballs In Mushroom Sauce Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck1/2 c. crushed cornflakes 1 small onion, finely chopped 3/4 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. sugar 1 egg 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. chili sauce 1/2 c. evaporated milk Mushroom Sauce: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted 1 c. beef broth 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions:
Meatballs: Combine chuck, corn flakes, onion, cornstarch, sugar, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and evaporated milk in mixing bowl. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheets at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Transfer to casserole and pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and bake about 30 minutes.Sauce: Whisk together mushroom soup, celery soup, beef broth and Kitchen Bouquet |
