Onion Dip Recipe

  American Dips

Ingredients:
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tbs. dried onion flakes
1 tbs. mayonnaise
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, or combine in a blender. Process the mixture for 30 seconds until the texture is smooth and creamy. Always store covered in the refrigerator.
Serving Suggestion: 1 Tablespoon. Excellent served on raw vegetable, fat free crackers or small breads. Also great on potato chips.
