Noodle Kugel Recipe

  Jewish Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pkg wide egg noodles
1 stick butter
1 lrg container sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon,sugar and raisins

Directions:
Cook noodles al dente, drain and rinse. Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan and toss noodles to coat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Sprinkle with 1cup raisins, cinnamon, and sugar. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Serve warm.
