Won Ton Soup Recipe

  Japanese Soup

Ingredients:
15 wonton wrappers
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
4 oz. ground pork
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Finely chop a garlic clove. Cut green onion in fine pieces. Cut wonton wrappers in quarters diagonally. Preheat sesame oil in a pan. Saute garlic and green onion. Add ground pork and cook until it browns. Add 4 cups of water. Skim off excess oil. Add soya sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add wonton wrappers. Bring to a boil. Serve hot.
