Sour Cream Icing Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nut meats

Directions:
Stir the sour cream and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved. Boil to the soft ball stage--238 degrees F. Cool the syrup until it is lukewarm. Beat it until it is creamy. Add the vanilla and nuts
