Steak in Miso Marinade Recipe

  Japanese Beef

Ingredients:
2 TB. miso creamed with 2 TB. sake (or dry sherry)
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
and a little water

Directions:
Marinate minute or flank steak in the mixture for one hour at room temperature. Pan-fry or grill.
