Salmorejo Recipe

  Spanish Soup

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 Kg. of peeled Tomatoes
Aproximately 1/4 Kg of Bread
1 glass of Olive Oil
2 cloves of garlic
salt and vinager to taste

Directions:
Just mix everything in a food processor. Add some more bread if the result is not consistent enough. Finally, serve with parma ham cubes or pieces of boilded egg.
