Broccoli & Rice Casserole Recipe

  Rice

Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. velvetta cheese
1 can of celery OR cream of mushroom soup
4 servings of prepared minute rice
1/2 tsp. Lowery salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
a can of dried onions

Directions:
Butter 9X12 casserole dish. Sprinkle frozen broccoli in bottom. Chunk cheese over this. (Mix rice, soup and seasonings together) Spread over the cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Sprinkle a can of dried onions on top and bake 5 min. more. This is simple and delicious and can be made ahead or easily doubled
