Carmelized Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium onions
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Sauti the onions until translucent, lower the heat to medium and continue to sauti until the onions become caramelized (this may take 20-30 minutes). Be careful to stir the onions constantly so that they don't burn.
