PECAN CRUSTED SHRIMP Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups pecan pieces
24 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups water
flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs. baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
Cooking oil (Heated to 350 degrees)

Directions:
Combine water, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon, whip until thick and smooth. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in batter and roll in pecan pieces. Drop into oil for approximately 4 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
