Holly's Baked Chicken Recipe

  Chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans of water
1 cup of rice
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 baking dish, stir together the water, soup, rice and salt & pepper. Place chicken breasts in the dish. Bake covered for 1 hour. Uncover and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Very easy, inexpensive and good. My family likes to eat rice, so I usually double everything but the chicken and it gives us plenty of extra rice.
