Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatos, roasted, peeled and mashed2 tablespoons curry powder 3 minced green onions 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
When the potatoes have cooled, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with various vegetable sticks or chunks for dipping. | |
