CHOCOLATE PECAN FUDGE PIE Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 2/3 cup corn syrup 1/3 cup granulated sugar 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cup pecan halves, chopped 1 Frozen Shortening Pie shell -thawed 15 min Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
In a large bowl thoroughly combine melted chocolate, corn syrup, sugar and eggs; stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell which has been placed on a cookie sheet. Bake in 400F oven 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350F and bake 20 minutes longer. Cool then chill. Slice and serve with ice cream. Makes 8 servings.
