Potato, Ham and Vegetable Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
Mashed potato -- enough to line a 9" pie plate
1 c Ham -- cooked diced
1/2 Onion -- chopped
1/2 c bell peppers -- cooked
1/4 c Green peas -- cooked
1/4 c Corn -- cooked
Pince each of Garlic, cayenne, basil, sage
1 1/2 c Cottage cheese
3 Egg whites

Directions:
Line a 9" pie plate with mashed potato. Mix the meats, vegetables, and seasonings together with the cottage cheese and egg whites. Spread over the potato base. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until the filling has set.
