Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 lb whole fresh mushrooms1 box frozen, chopped spinach 2 egg whites /2 to 1 C seasoned bread crumbs 1 C finely shredded Parmesan cheese 2 T margarine
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems and cook with spinach according to package directions. Drain and mix with egg whites, bread crumbs and cheese. Saute mushroom caps in margarine for 5 minutes, then stuff with spinach mixture. Heat through at 350* for 5 to 10 minutes.
