Spinach Balls Recipe | |

Ingredients:
20 oz frozen chopped spinach2 C seasoned croutons or stuffing mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 C butter, melted 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp thyme 1 clove garlic, minced 1 lg onion, minced Salt & pepper
Directions:
Thaw spinach; drain well by squeezing out juice. Crush croutons lightly by using rolling pin. Combine all ingredients and chill 2 hours or more. Shape into 1"" balls and place in pie pans or cookie sheet. Bake at 400* for about 15 minutes |
