Herb Seasoned Grouper Recipe | |

Ingredients:
4 grouper fillets (6-8 oz. each)1-2 tablespoons butter Pommery Mustard Herb Mix: 2 tablespoons chopped basil 2 tablespoons chopped tarragon 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley 3 cups dry bread crumbs 2 cloves of chopped garlic 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix the herb glaze ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.2. Sauti the fillets with butter until nicely browned or half cooked. Transfer to a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 7-10 minutes. 3. Remove the fillets from the oven and spread a layer of mustard on top of the fish. Sprinkle with herb mixture. Broil until golden, about 1-2 minutes. |
