Pickled Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:
Peppers (sweet or hot)
white vinegar
olive oil

Directions:
Put peppers in jar, add 1 tsp olive oil and fill jar with white vinegar. Leave approx. 1/2 inch headroom. Seal jar tightly and store in cupboard.

*Note: When using hot peppers, olive oil maybe increased to 1 Tablespoon to increase the heat factor of the vinegar.
