Ingredients:
3/4 cup pomegranate juice 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons fresh mint -- chopped 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil,lemon juice, fresh mint, dry mustard and salt. Cover and shake until well mixed. | |
