Lemon Icebox Pie Recipe

  American Pies

Ingredients:
3 lemons
3 eggs, separated
1 can Eaglebrand milk
Vanilla wafers
4 T sugar

Directions:
Beat egg yolks and add milk and juice of lemons. Mix well.

VANILLA WAFER CRUST:
Crush enough wafers for bottom of pie pan. Use whole wafers around the edge.

TOPPING:
Beat egg whites until almost stiff, add about 4T sugar, beat till stiff, and cover the pie.
