Kahlua Mexican CoCo Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package devil's food cake mix, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 3 eggs, 1 cup cold coffee, 1/3 cup Kahlua, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, Frosting (recipe follows) Unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon or ground Mexican style chocolate.

Directions:
In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, eggs, coffee, Kahlua and oil. Blend on low speed of electric mixer until moistened. Mix at medium speed 2 minutes. Pour batter into two greased and lightly floured 8-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degreese about 35 minutes, or till cake tests done. Cool in pans 10 minutes then turn out onto wire rack and cool completely. Fill and frost cake with Frosting. Sprinkle top and or sides with cocoa, cinnamon or chocolate. Frosting: 1 16 ounce carton creamy chocolate flavored frosting, 1/2 teaspoon grounk cinnamon, 2 tablespoons Kahlua. In small bowl, combine frosting cinnamon and Kahlua, beat to blend.
