Cheesy Avocados Recipe

Ingredients:
2 avocados
8 oz.(227 grams) cream cheese
1 egg, well-beaten
Bread crumbs
Sweet butter
Tomato sauce(canned)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.(177 C).

2. Peel and halve avocados. Remove pits.

3. Stuff avocados with cream cheese.

4. Heat 3 tbsp(45 ml) of butter in a large skillet. Dip the avocados first in egg, then in bread crumbs until well coated. Fry avocados until nicely browned on bottom.

5. Remove avocados to a baking pan, cover with tomato sauce. Bake 15-20 minutes
