Ingredients:
1 stick oleo3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 t. vanilla 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. nutmeg 2 t. cinnamon 2 t. baking soda 2 c. flour 4 c. chopped apples 1 c. raisins, coconut or nuts(optional
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients and beat well. Add next four ingredients and mix well. Add flour and mix. Gently stir in apples and any optional ingredients. Oil and dust with sugar, a 9x13-in. cake pan. Pour in cake mix and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-50 miniutes or until apples are tender | |
