Ingredients:
Large chicken breasts..Jack cheese (either plain or spicy)..Seasoned bread crumbs..Butter (margarine) to brown..You will need oven proof pan..
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken breasts..Split breasts, fill with 1 ounce slice cheese, coat in bread crumbs, brown on one side, turn over, place pan in oven @ 350 for 35-45 min.(depends on how large breasts are)..Very tasty with steamed veggies and tossed salad..Enjoy Not sure..Not high but very tasty..
