Steak Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups left-over steak, cut in thin strips (best if slightly rare)
6 small red potatoes
1/2 medium-size green bell pepper
1/2 medium-size red bell pepper
1/2 medium-size red onion
Bottled Italian dressing

Directions:
Boil potatoes, cool slightly and cut in thin slices. Cut peppers in thin strips. Cut onion half in half again, then cut into thin strips. Combine all ingredients with dressing to taste. Add some salt the pepper if needed.Cover and chill at least 30 minutes
