Crawfish Dressing Recipe

  Cajun Seafood

Ingredients:
1 cup smoked ham, diced
1 pound crawfish tails
olive oil
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Cajun seasoning to taste
2 cups beef stock
2 cups French bread, cubed
1 cup French bread crumb

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350. Sauti the celery, onions, green onions, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add the ham, crawfish, and Cajun seasoning and cook about 2 more minutes. Add the stock. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the French bread cubes. Mix in well until all the liquid is absorbed. Place is a 9"x13"x2" casserole dish. Top with French bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top and heated through.
