Grilled Portobello mushrooms Recipe

  Appetizer

Ingredients:
Portobello Mushrooms
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/8 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed garlic, salt & pepper to taste.

Heat barbecue grill or stovetop grill pan, spray with pam.

Brush oil mixture on both sides of mushroom, grill turning once. Remove to cutting board and slice. Serve on prepared buschetta toast (french or italian bread sliced, toasted and rubbed with garlic).
