Ingredients:
1 banana for each person2 Tblsp brown sugar (per banana) 1 " butter " creme de banana liquor vanilla ice cream
Directions:
melt butter add brown sugar. let it cook until butter and sugar are bubbly. Carefully add the banana liquor, cook for about 1 minute. Slice bananas in half, long ways. place bananas in sauce. Cook for about 30 seconds, flame with rum. Serve over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is a dish I learned to cook tableside . Very simple and very impressive. Enjoy
