Chicken casserole Recipe


1 can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 8 0z container sour cream
4 chicken breasts
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter/margarine

Boil chicken and shred once cooled. Place chicken in 9x13 baking pan. In separate bowl, mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chickn and mix together. Crumble crackers on top of chicken mixture. Melt butter and drizzle over top of the crackers. Cover with foil, bake 45 min. at 350, removing foil during last fifteen minutes to allow crackers to brown.
