Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
Fresh fruit juice--orange, pineapple or combination premixed juices
Banana
Frozen or fresh pineapple, strawberries,
kiwi, mango, raspberries
Yogurt --vanilla or plain
Crushed ice

Directions:
Fill a blender with about a cup of juice...add banana and whirl for a couple of seconds.....add two or three heaping tablespoons of yogurt...whirl again....add about 1/4 cup of the fruit and about 3 spoonfuls of ice......whirl until smooth--only a few seconds.........
