Ingredients:
1 lb cream cheese1 lb cottage cheese ** 1 pt sour cream (this goes in last) 1 1/2 Cups sugar 4 Eggs beaten 3 Tbsp flour 3 Tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp vanilla juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/4 lb butter (melted) for crust **reserving 2 Tbsp (melted) Zweiback crumbs (for crust)
Directions:
Combine the Zweiback crumbs and butter to make a crust. Press into a large spring form pan.Preheat oven to 350 Combine the cream cheese and cottage cheese, mix well. Gradually add the sugar, then the eggs. Add about 2 Tbsp melted butter, leftover from the crust, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix Well Sift together the flour and cornstarch. Add to the creamed mixture. FINALLY-- fold in the sour cream. Pour into crust Bake for 1 hr then Let cake set in the oven with the door open for 1 more hour. This was my Grandmothers recipe. It is a very creamy, rich cheese cake.
