Ingredients:
BOILED CHICKEN (3 CUPS)
FROZEN PEAS
POTATO
CARROT
WHITE SAUCE
PIE CRUST
SALT
PEPPER

Directions:
BOIL CHICKEN AND DEBONE ENOUGH TO MAKE 3 CUPS. BOIL POTATO UNTIL JUST ABOUT DONE (2 CUPS)DRAIN. BLANCH 1/2 BAG FROZEN PEAS DRAIN. BOIL 3 CARROTS UNTIL JUST ABOUT DONE DRAIN. MAKE YOUR FAVORITE 2 CRUST PIE CRUST. LINE DEEP PAN ADD CHICKEN, POTATOS, CARROT AND PEAS. MAKE SAUCE (3 TABLESPOON BUTTER, 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR STIR ADD SALT & PEPPER THEN ADD CHICKEN BROTH (A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL THICKNESS YOU DESIRE) POUR OVER PIE CONTENTS. ADD TOP CRUST AND BAKE 350 DEGREE OVER UNTIL THE CRUST IS COOKED (BOTH UPPER AND LOWER CRUST) DELICOUS.
