Blushed Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
6 C. sliced onions (1/4" thick)
2/3 C. ketchup
1/4 C. honey
2 T. butter

Directions:
-cook sliced onions in salted, boiling water for 5 min.
then drain;
-combine ketchup and honey 'til well mixed
-in a buttered (I spray with PAM) 2 qt. casserole, place
half the onions then half of ketchup/honey mixture.
-repeat with another layer
-dot with butter

-bake uncovered at 350*F for 1 hour.

-yield: approx. 6 servings

easy and delicious!!
