Gambas al ajillo Recipe

  Spanish Seafood

Ingredients:
250 grs peeled shrimp (medium size)
3 dientes of garlic
3 tbs.Olive Oil
1 small very hot chilli pepper
Salt

Directions:
Use a small casserole dish, or a small earthen bowl that can be heated on the burner

Peel and slice the garlic, crush the pepper ans put both
in the cold oil. Heat the oil and cook the garlic until it is golden in colour.

Add the shrim and salt, stir well a couple of times.
put a lid on the dish, tune off the heat.

The shrimp will continue to cook in the hot casserole dish.

Serve immediately

in the cold oil
